ADEJUMO, ADEGBOYEGA ADEDAPO

Adejumo, Adegboyega Adedapo is an associate of AA, SAN & CO with nine (9) years’ experience in legal practice post call. He is also the firm’s head of litigation. He holds a Law degree from the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State (2010) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. His Area of practice includes; corporate/commercial banking, legal due diligence and regulatory compliance, business structure and corporate scheme arrangements, intellectual property, legal drafting, company and business registration, real estate and advocacy, taxation, debt recovery, and general litigation amongst others.
